• Keeping the camera on during class is mandatory for both tutor and student to ensure an interactive learning approach
• If a student is unable to use their camera, the parent/guardian or the student must inform GuruAtHome management

4. Tutors

4.1 All our tutors are thoroughly vetted and qualified to provide tuition services.

4.2 Tutors are expected to:

• Be punctual for scheduled sessions

• Maintain professional conduct at all times

4.4 Customers may request tutor substitution if they are not satisfied with their current tutor.

5. Fees and Payment

6.1 When you engage our services, you enter into a service agreement with GuruAtHome.com as our client.

6.2 During the agreement period, we will resolve any issues arising between the tutor and the clients.

6.3 After the agreement period is completed, you may opt for renewal if you wish to continue with our services.

6.4 Minimum commitment periods may apply and will be clearly communicated during enrollment.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Session Cancellation:

• Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as conducted and charged accordingly
• In case of emergencies or technical issues, exceptions may be considered at our discretion

7.2 Tutor Cancellation:

• If a tutor needs to cancel a session, we will inform you as soon as possible
• We will arrange a substitute tutor or reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time
• If we cannot provide a suitable alternative, the session will not be charged

8. Refund Policy
